How we work
From the first meeting to a solution you can test. Price, scope and deadline are known before you pay anything.
01How it starts
- 01
Contact
Through the form on the site or directly — whichever suits you.
- 02
Video meeting
Free and with no obligation. You tell me what isn't working.
- 03
Offer
Which steps you need — one, several, or all. Price, scope and deadline.
- 04
Agreement
Work starts once the agreement is signed.
02Six steps
What happens at each step
- 01
Gather everything
Conversations, an anonymous team survey, documents. Everything first — no judgments.
You get: The full picture of what your people know.
Needs a team: anonymous survey.
- 02
See it as it is
How the work actually runs, not how it looks on paper. Only facts — and each one has its own source.
You get: A map of the work with sources marked.
Can be ordered without a team.
- 03
Understand what's really needed
There is often a deeper need behind the request. Here we also define what matters right now, given your resources.
You get: A goal that everything else is measured against.
Can be ordered without a team.
- 04
Name the obstacles
What actually stands in the way of the goal, and what is only an opinion or a fear. Critical is what blocks the goal and costs the most.
You get: A short list: where to start. And, separately, risks outside the goal.
Can be ordered without a team.
- 05
Plan and build the tools
Steps, down to the first concrete one. A small test before a big step. Tools where they're needed: templates, trackers, automation, AI assistants.
You get: A plan and working tools.
Can be ordered without a team.
- 06
Act and review
Metrics show whether it worked. If the situation changes, we go back to step two.
You get: The result, in numbers.
Can be ordered without a team.
Each step can be ordered separately.
03Research
How the research is conducted
Video meeting with you
60–90 minutes. You tell me about the work and what you want to change.
Anonymous team survey
You see the questionnaire before it goes out, and you present it to the team yourself.
Interviews
With the people who run the process daily.
Anonymity
No answer reaches you with a name on it. I'm interested in how the work gets done, not who did what.
04What you get
The document: eight sections.
The result of steps 01–04.
- 00
About this document
What it is built on: how many conversations, how many questionnaires, what two independent sources confirmed, what remains a hypothesis.
- 01
Observations
What is visible in your work and where each remark comes from.
- 02
Roles in the process
Who takes the request, who carries it, who closes it.
- 03
Journey map
How one specific piece of work runs today, start to finish.
- 04
Process blueprint
The same work with what the customer never sees: where it breaks and why.
- 05
Promise and reality
What you promise people and what you actually deliver. The gap between them is the diagnosis.
- 06
Hypotheses
Two to four, each tied to a specific point above, each with step-by-step instructions for testing it with your own people.
- 07
Metrics
How to see, a month later, whether anything changed.
On request: analysis through additional lenses, a business-model snapshot, a gain-calculation tool.
- ToolsStep 05: what fixes what was found — templates, trackers, automation.
- Metrics and reviewStep 06: how you see what changed, and what to do if the situation changes.
05Evidence marks
How to read the document
The construction guards against the main failure of reviews like this — taking an opinion for a fact. Every statement is marked. An empty field stays empty.
- confirmedTwo independent sources say the same.
- reportedOne person said it; not yet cross-checked.
- hypothesisAn inference, to be tested.
- unknownThe data isn't there. The field stays empty.
Orders above the monthly limit wait for a single approver. When she is away, they wait longer.
Customers hear about delays from the courier, not from the office.
One shared status field would remove most follow-up calls.
Share of orders changed after confirmation
06Questions
What does it cost?
The price is set per project and named in the offer after the meeting, together with scope and deadline. There are no packages.
Can I order just one step?
Yes. Each step can be ordered separately — for example, just the analysis or just the tools.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the team and of the work. The deadline is named in the offer.
Will I know who said what?
No answer reaches you with a name on it. The document describes how the work is done, not who did what.
I work alone. Is this for me?
Separate steps — yes, from the second to the sixth. The full path with a team survey needs people who run the work alongside you.
